I have an upcoming stay at Ruby. If I enrol now, will my Member number be added to my reservation so I can earn points?

Please sign up for IHG One Rewards with the same email you used for your Ruby booking. The reservation will be automatically updated with your Member number, and you will start earning your IHG One Rewards points.

In case the email address you sign up with does not match the email address used to make the reservation, the reservation will NOT be automatically updated with your Member number. In those cases, the only way to apply the new IHG One Rewards account to your existing reservation would be to either:

  • Access your IHG One Rewards account on the IHG One Rewards app or web, navigate to the Stays section, and search for your reservation using your updated IHG reservation confirmation number to add the stay to your account.
  • Contact IHG Customer Care at +800 2222 7172 (Europe) or 1-888-211-9874 (US).
