Do IHG One Rewards Platinum and Diamond Elite Members receive a Welcome Amenity?

At participating Ruby Hotels, the Welcome Amenity is 600 IHG One Rewards points per room. The points will be automatically awarded after check-out. A choice of Welcome Amenity will be available at a later date.
