Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation – but any fees depend on the rate you selected when booking:

• Flexible Rate: You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.
• Non-Refundable Rate: This rate can’t be changed or refunded.

If you booked directly with us, you can manage your reservation, including cancellations, via your personal My Stay page. You’ll find the link in your booking confirmation email.

If you booked through a travel site or third-party platform, you’ll need to contact them directly to make any changes.
